A 'natural born citizen' is: A Natural-Born Citizen is born to two American Citizens
on American Soil.
The Framers of the Constitution made this a special requirement of the President,
and only the President. It is not a requirement of any other position, including
Senators, Representatives, or Supreme Court Justices. It makes complete sense
that the Founding Fathers would make this strict requirement to ensure that
no President had split or divided loyalty to any other nation. The President of
the United States should have allegiance to America, and America only.
Despite widespread, popular belief, Mr. Obama’s father was not an American Citizen.
Mr. Obama, Sr was a Kenyan (British) citizen in the United States on a student visa.
Thus, Barack Obama was born with both Kenyan (British) and American citizenship.
This is precisely what the Framers guarded against when they wrote the Constitution
and put the strict Natural-Born Citizen requirement in place. It makes no difference
that he lost his Kenyan citizenship at the age of 21, THE CONSTITUTION IS ONLY
CONCERNED WITH CITIZENSHIP AT THE TIME OF BIRTH.
Electors respond by saying that since Natural-Born Citizen is not spelled out in the
Constitution, it means whatever they want it to mean. This is an outrage!

Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College.

Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro,
received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at
the school.
The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order
in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California.
The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded
a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program.
To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.
This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's
detractors have been seeking.
Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of
him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim.
The mainstream media (call it Obama propaganda) has created a firestorm at the
White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama's legitimacy and
qualification to serve as president.
When reached for comment in London, where he has been in meetings with British
Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama smiled but refused comment on the issue.
Britain's Daily Mail has also carried the story in a front-page article titled, "Obama
Eligibility Questioned," leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow
economic issues on Obama's first official visit to the U.K.
In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin
Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments
concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as President of the United States
in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey.
This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as
president. Donofrio's case is just one of 20+ suits brought by citizens demanding
proof of Obama's citizenship or qualifications to serve as President.
Mr. Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation (usjf.net) has released the
results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending.
This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $1,300,000+ in campaign
funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block
disclosure of any of his personal records.
Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still on-going but that the final report
will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused
to comment on the matter.
To what lengths will the Obama Administration go to cover-up, obfuscate, delay
suits, impugne others who question him, obscure the truth, and finally eviscerate
their critics? The answer is: that this administration will go to any and all lengths
to silence any resisters and those who would shine the light on truth. The Big
Government media elites are nothing but lap dogs to this administration and when
told to attack, THEY JUST DO AS THEY ARE TOLD! Please remember, this is the same
government media elites that would accuse the last administration of everything
under the sun including the mispronounciation of the word: nuclear. And now how
about all those so-called news programs (actually, indoctrination programs) that
are on everynight at 6PM. The channel should be changed or better yet, the set
should be turned-off.
So what is going to happen with all these law suits that are being levied against
'the most transparent administration' in the history of the country? Well, they
being dismissed by liberal judges who want to keep their jobs, eventhough the
country is being robbed with eyes wide-open while the administration tells
lie after lie after lie to the American people and the world. Well, what do
expect with a student, who would become president, who sought out classes
taught be Marxist professors? Well, that was rhetorical question. Law suits
to acquire Obama's university thesis, grades, classes he took, and additional
academic data have been fought in the courts, now for over a year.
The American People deserve better. The American President has waged all-out
war against the American People and the Founding Fathers who looked to and
prayed to God. Instead, Obama wants American citizens to look to government
for everything. You are not required to work, to think for yourself, to better
yourself or to even seek out your own healthcare. No, you should look to the
government for everything. It is time to take back this country by the good
citizen patriots that have made this country GREAT. Those entrepreneurs, who
have built the largest companies in the world to me, the everyday working
guy that works for 3-hots and cot. The country has been taken over by the
most radical socialist tyrant in American history, and he was voted in by
the most good-willed, careing, and compassionate people in the world. People,
it is time to take-off the boxing gloves and vote out Obama's congress and
senate and replace them all with conservative people who will honor the
Founding Fathers by honoring the document they created, the US CONSTITUTION.
