Truth In News

Character is . . .

Character is demonstrated when you as CEO accept blame for poor business decisions. (BTW - you would most likely be FIRED!)

Character is demonstrated when you as CEO decide to defer your vacation when the business is financially strapped.

Character is demonstrated when you as a business leader put the best interests of shareholders before your own interests.

Character is demonstrated when you as a business leader do not blame your predecessor for the condition of the business that you inherited.

Character is demonstrated when you project worker harmony within the business rather than polarizing differences in workers.

Character is demonstrated when you as CEO speak the truth to ALL workers.

Character is demonstrated when you as CEO are upfront in ALL financial matters when reporting to both the Board of Directors and Shareholders.

Character is demonstrated when you as CEO reject special interests pressure to make decisions that further the special interest over the viability of the business.

Character is demonstrated when you as CEO are honestly concerned about the safety and security of the employees as a prime concern.

Character is putting the best interests of others ahead of your own and the special interest groups paying you large sums of cash.

Character (honesty in words, behavior and actions) is important in business and it is important in American government. They work for you (or they should work for you) and the protection and safety of ALL Americans. If politicians are unable to fulfill their Constitutional mandate, then they are UNFIT for the office to which they were elected and the will of the people will prevail.
