The Imperial Presidency
Larry Conners of KMOV in St. Louis asked the president about Americans who "get
frustrated and even angered when they see the first family jetting around to many
different vacation locations,” Obama told a panel at the Summit of the Americas in
Cartagena, Colombia (Apr. 14, 2012) that part of his job there was to 'scout out'
locations for a future vacation with First Lady Michelle Obama.
Barack Obama stopped the creation of 25,000 - 35,000 jobs when he cancelled the oil
pipeline from Canada to the United States. The Keystone pipeline would have been
a supercharged jump-start to the US economy had the pipeline been approved. The Alaska
pipeline was a huge job creator in the mid-1970's and the oil from that pipeline keeps
thousands employed to this day. The Keystone pipeline could and would have done the
same for the US Midwestern states.
The job of the US President is to protect and make life better for all Americans.
Protection of the US is through a superior military that can take out any foreign enemy
at any instant. Most Americans want a superior military. But, the US President insists
that it is better to 'downsize' the military in order to provide for those here 'less
fortunate' (unwilling to work).
When it comes to making life better for all Americans, it does not include a "forced tax"
or penalty should anyone NOT want Obamacare. It is not the government's responsibility
to FORCE Americans to pay for healthcare. It should only be the responsibility of government
to pay for a superior military through the tax process. Under Obamacare, if you do not
pay the monthly premium, then you will be FINED and the federal government will confiscate
the Obamacare tax payments from your bank account. But, he will give away healthcare to
those 'less fortunate'.
Barack Obama WILL NOT give the PURPLE HEART military Medal to those killed or wounded by
the Ft. Hood murderer who yelled jihad chants of 'allah akbar' prior to massacring numerous
UNARMED American soldiers. Soldiers injured on 9/11 and the Blackhawk Down have all been
awarded the Purple Heart for COMBAT injuries. The soldiers at Ft. Hood deserve nothing
less.
Rather than working to unify the country when it comes to race, the POTUS has embraced
the radical preachers Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton and Louis Farrakhan. It was Martin
Luther King who preached that the "content of the heart is more important than the color
or one's skin". It has become blatantly obvious that Obama is more concerned about
skin color than the content of one's heart.
Obama, through the US State Department, has told the radicals in Egypt that the US will
give them one billion dollars in support of their takeover of the government. There is just
one problem with the President's support and promise of US dollars, the Egyptian government
is now controlled by the Muslim Brotherhood and they have no room for women's rights or
for that matter, human rights. They espouse jihad! The POTUS supports the Muslim Brotherhood.
Who has Obama appointed to the Supreme Court of the United States? The answer is: Elena Kagan
and Sonia Sotomayor. Both Supreme Court Appointees support the murder of women. And they
do that by passing the Obama litmus test of supporting everything Planned Parenthood supports,
including the murder of unborn women.
A new rule from Obama's EPA will "force 32 mostly coal-fired power plants to shut down and
threatens to close 36 others." Additionally, his EPA has a new "blackout" rule that will give
him everything he wanted via cap and trade by forcing coal companies to "adopt new technologies
that make it unprofitable to burn coal at all." These new rules are so draconian that even
Obama's EPA is admitting the U.S. will lose a considerable amount of the electricity we've
become accustomed to once the rules are in effect: "The EPA has estimated that
14.7 gigawatts - enough power for more than 11 million households - will be retired
from the power grid in the 2014-15 period when the rules take effect."
In March 2012, the tyrannical imperial president signed into law
a bill that is a black-eye to the Constitution and especially the 1st Amendment. The law states
that nobody can chant, hold-up signs, assemble in protest against the president in his presence.
Asking a politically incorrect question to Obama will land you in prison, a felony charge and fine.
Holding up a politically incorrect sign in his presence will do the same. Chanting anti-Obama
rhetoric in his presence will do the same thing again. How is that for imperialism?
The Declaration of Independence states that the country is founded on: "LIFE, LIBERTY, and
PURSUIT of HAPPINESS". Obama has done everything possible to short-circuit both the
Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution and set-up the "hope and change" of the
Imperial Presidency.
Does the POTUS deserve re-election in 2012? The question can be answered with another question:
