Price of Gas
What was the price of gas in 2008? Do you remember?
        Was it $5/gallon - was it $4/gallon - was it $3/gallon?

No, the price of gas in 2008 was under $2/gallon! Yes, you
        read it right, under 2-bucks.

What has caused the price of gas to double in 4 years?

Well, not to be pessimistic, but government policy on oil
exploration, coal mining, natural gas exploration and nuclear
power is the key to prosperity for all Americans. It is very
evident that current White House oil exploration policy is
abysmal and truly a hinderance to economic growth.

There is an oil boom in North Dakota and it is on private land.
The land does not belong to the US government or the state.
The land is solely owned by private citizens and because
private citizens can do what they wish on their own land, then
the government cannot tell them what to do.

Now what is the unemployment rate in North Dakota? Is it 9%
like the rest of the U.S.? No, it is much lower, the actual un-
employment rate in NoDak is about 3%. Hello White House, it
is time to wake-up and see the prosperity of a state that
is unshackled by government regulation and WH policy.

People are moving to North Dakota to take advantage of the
state's prosperity and low energy prices. There is a lesson
here for all to learn. Get government out of the way and let
private enterprise take over the economic engine of the U.S.
If there is money to be made, then it is time for government
shackles to be ripped-off and let private enterprise be the
driving economic force and get the government the hell out'ta
the way. Government is not the answer, it is the problem.

The North Dakota model for economic prosperity should be
copied by all the states. The policies of the federal government
toward energy should be abandoned and the policies of NoDak
should be adopted. Get Washington out of the way so everyone
can benefit from economic prosperity that is typical American
        entrepreneurism.
